Cookie Policy
Effective Date: April 20, 2026 Last Updated: April 20, 2026
This Cookie Policy explains how Red Sovereign LLC d/b/a Aumata (“Aumata,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) uses cookies and similar technologies on www.aumata.ai (the “Site”). Read it alongside our Privacy Policy.
1. What are cookies
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. “Similar technologies” include pixels, web beacons, local storage, and fingerprinting scripts. In this policy, “cookies” refers to all of these.
2. Our cookie categories
We group cookies into four categories. You can manage your consent at any time via Your Privacy Choices in the footer.
2.1 Strictly necessary (always on)
These cannot be disabled; they make the Site work.
| Name | Provider | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
klaro | Aumata | Stores your consent choices | 1 year |
__cf_bm | Cloudflare | Bot mitigation | 30 minutes |
cf_clearance | Cloudflare | Challenge-passed cookie | 30 minutes |
cf-turnstile-response | Cloudflare Turnstile | Anti-spam for contact form | Session |
2.2 Analytics (consent-based in EU/UK; opt-out in US)
Help us understand how visitors use the Site.
| Name | Provider | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
_ga, _ga_* | Google Analytics 4 | Distinguish visitors and sessions; pages viewed; events | 2 years |
_clck, _clsk, CLID, ANONCHK, MR, SM, MUID | Microsoft Clarity | Session replay and heatmaps; PII masking enabled | 1 day to 2 years |
_ahrefs_session | Ahrefs Analytics | First-party aggregate analytics | 30 minutes |
3. How we determine your consent defaults
We apply a geo-aware default the first time you load the Site:
- EU, UK, Switzerland, and EEA visitors: nothing beyond strictly necessary cookies loads until you accept. You can customize your choices in the banner.
- US visitors: analytics cookies load by default. You can turn them off at any time via Your Privacy Choices. We also recognize a Global Privacy Control signal (in California, Colorado, Connecticut, Texas, Montana, Oregon, Delaware, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Nebraska, Maryland, and Minnesota). Because GPC is an opt-out of sale, sharing, and targeted advertising rather than of measurement, honoring it suppresses Microsoft Clarity, which sets a Microsoft advertising identifier, and leaves the remaining analytics running. We display a confirmation on the Your Privacy Choices page.
- Rest of world: same default as US; use Your Privacy Choices to adjust.
Your choices are stored in the klaro cookie on your device. Clearing cookies resets the banner.
4. Managing your choices
- On this Site: click Your Privacy Choices in the footer to reopen the consent panel.
- Global Privacy Control: enable GPC in your browser (natively in Firefox, DuckDuckGo, Brave, and via extensions in others). We honor GPC automatically.
- Browser controls: most browsers let you block or delete cookies globally. Blocking strictly-necessary cookies may break the Site.
- Provider opt-outs:
- Google Analytics: install the opt-out browser add-on.
- Microsoft Clarity: use Your Privacy Choices, send a Global Privacy Control signal, or email [email protected].
5. Do Not Track
There is no industry-standard response to Do Not Track (DNT). We recognize the Global Privacy Control signal (Section 4). If a DNT standard emerges and is legally recognized, we will update this policy.
6. Children
The Site is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children via cookies.
7. Changes
We may update this Cookie Policy. When we do, we will update the “Last Updated” date.
